I recently flew GLA-LGW-MAD-PMI in Club Europe/Business with the LGW-MAD and MAD-PMI flights operated by Iberia Express (on a BA codeshare with an IB flight number). The tier points for the Iberia flights didn’t post automatically so I submitted a claim and have been awarded 283 Avios and 5TP for LGW-MAD and nothing for MAD-PMI.
Before I waste a hour trying to get through to BA on the phone, does anyone know if it is still correct that Iberia Express flights booked through BA earn the standard rate of points for a normal Iberia flight?
Annoyingly I need the tier points to hit Gold and only went via Madrid for the extra points I thought I would get.
If you booked IB Express using Iberia or BA website it is like an Iberia flight.
You can check how many avios and TP they should I give you here:

5 TP feels like they think you flew economy. (I just did LGW-MAD with Iberia express in economy and got that many points)
LGW MAD is 40 TP business and. PMI another 20
