Time to issue Clubhouse voucher from credit card voucher?

Hi, I have a PE flight next week but am holding out for a late UC upgrade becoming available. I’m not quite Gold status yet, so would probably fancy a Clubhouse voucher if no upgrade comes free (I got the flight in the points sale ages back, so I wouldn’t feel too hard done by on using a cc voucher – I have others). How long does it take to get one issued? (And can they be issued at the check-in desk?). Insight welcome! Thanks.
