I think the answer is no… but is there a way of earning TP for inter Hawaii flights?
It would be a great help on my mission to gold this earning year!

I looked at booking via AA for codeshares on Hawaiian on inter-island flights last year, but the cost differences between that and booking directly were phenomenal.
Not that you get TPs or Avios anyway that way I now recall?

I don’t think Alaska fly inter island.
You would need to get the inter-island flight on a BA codeshare – no idea if that’s possible, but it would only be connecting to or from a BA coded flight from elsewhere. No way otherwise.
You could get a few VS points flying on Hawaiian I think to soften the blow….
