Used the Amex App this morning to check progress towards the £10,000 spend trigger. I am one of those who spend then put it in a drawer to trigger voucher at very last minute!
The last time I logged in I used the membership button but that now just tell me how many Avios have been collected. Is it not possible to track spend on the App now?
In my experience it comes and goes within the app. Far better to just log on to the desktop website.
@Paul I’m having the same problem, I noticed that my most recent app update had “refreshed” the formatting and I now can’t see the spend tracker for my 241, it’s annoying to have to log into the desktop version every time you do a transaction when you’re close to triggering the voucher!
I keep a spreadsheet that tracks my Amex spend and Avios earned.
If you ask nicely on the chat they normally will work it out and tell you 🙂
