For a week or so now, my daily transactions arent showing on the Virgin Money App
Statements show and download OK, balance shows OK.
It’s just the actual day to day transactions screen is missing the transactions.
Ive cleared cache and removed app to restore – but still missing.
Anyone had this issue and know a solution please?
Got the same problem too, I am on Android.
I haven’t bothered to reinstall the app but it sounds like there’s no point, and it’s an issue on their end, if you’re getting it as well. It all happened with no warning.
Thankfully I still have a paper statement, but I guess this is one of their “service improvements”. LOL.
