Hi all
I’ll be flying with TUI, I think for the first time, on a long haul flight as I think it’s the only airline that flies direct to my destination.
I’ve booked into the standard economy cabin. They don’t have business but they have a premium class and was wondering if anyone has experienced this and if it’s worth it? It isn’t that expensive to upgrade, a couple of hundred pounds I think, but don’t want to spend it if there isn’t much of a difference in experience. Thank you!
Aerolopa shows – 7 seats across and 38” pitch in premium versus 9 across and 32” in the regular seats.
If it’s that cheap then I’d be all over it regardless of whether the in flight service is better but presumably it also attracts the higher rate of APD.
Definitely – I think that’s the same seat pitch as PE on BA so absolutely worth it. Is that price for both ways?
Sounds like the cost per flight hour is not high, so yes.
We did it pre-covid to Florida.
Apart from the limted seat recline, we felt in all other aspects the on board experience was at least the equal of Club World.
High staff to flier ration, the best staff on the plane and very attentive, don’t remember the F&B ( I know champagne was not included) but I remember it as a very positive experience
