Hi, not sure if anyone else has encountered this.
My first flight was cancelled with 3 hours notice. I was booked on another flight 10 hours later.
This second flight was then delayed by over 12 hours.
BA have paid compensation on first flight but I feel they should also pay on second flight. Has anyone any experience of this please? The flights have different flight numbers.
Thanks
Graham
You are entitled to ‘double’ compensation in these circumstances per the CJEU decision in A and others v Finnair (Case C-832/18)
Any entitlement to compensation for the delayed flight obviously depends on the reason for the that delay being within BA’s control.
