I recently completed a trip two weeks out of my Tier Point Collection year end, which would have taken me from Bronze to Silver.
Having rung BA up (twice now) to try and get the tier points applied to the account, I have been told that the “grace period” can’t be combined with the reduced Tier point collection targets.
Does anyone know if that is correct and if not anyway to get round it please?
TIA

This has been reported previously and is the policy – you can’t get a grace period and apply the temporary lower threshold.
Unfortunately what you’ve been told is correct – currently you can claim the 2 week grace period OR the reduced TP target , so your TPS would need to take you over 600 to get the grace period.
