Unable to add luxlife booking to IHG account

I have made a Luxlife booking and received confirmation by email. The confirmation has a 7 digit reservation number but the IHG site requires an 8 digit number to add the reservation to my account. Any advice on how to fix this?
Email the hotel, ask can they see the LuxLife reservation and then give them your IHG member number to add to the reservation.
When you say “I have made” do you mean you made it via an agent? As far as I understood it, LuxLife bookings can only be made by specialist travel agents.

Yes. They forwarded me the confirmation email which had my IHG number listed and the 7 digit confirmation number. I will email the hotel to see if they can help.
