Have already got the paid VA card and wanted to apply for the free one as I’ve got some spend coming up but voucher already earned on the paid card.
The eligibility checker says “You’re pre-approved! Great news! Based on the information you’ve told us, you’re pre-approved for our Virgin Atlantic Credit Cards.”, but when I press “apply now” it sends me back to the eligibility checker into a dead-end “Thank you for using Card Checker
If your circumstances change and you’d like to see if Card Checker can give you a different result, please try again in 30 days time.
In the meantime, you can still browse the products we have on offer and make an application.”
To add to the confusion, I’ve just rung them and the agent confidently told me (and then checked with his supervisor too) that you absolutely cannot have two VA credit cards, so at a bit of a loss on what to do next.
exactly the same happened to me – no actual rejection statement – just recycled back to the same page with you can reapply if your circumstances change
I have both cards. Have been a longtime holder of the free card and got the paid for card about 3 months ago. No issues in getting it.
It was confirmed by Rob in a couple of articles on these cards that it is now possible to hold both.
