I am trying to book 2 flights to Delhi and wanted to upgrade outbound flight. However I get error message that I don’t have enough vouchers to upgrade. I.e how do I use option to just upgrade outbound leg?
Are you trying to book for 2 people? I think the problem may be that if you’re using the voucher for 2 people, one way, you’ll need to book the outbound and inbound legs separately, OR call BA and ask if they can make the booking and apply your voucher to the outbound leg. You can’t apply a voucher after booking, so don’t do that!
Thanks, my first time and I was hoping that I was doing something wrong.given voucher allows to book 2 outbound one side upgrade, I was hoping system would allow
Nevermind, thanks for response. Much appreciated.
You book for the lower class, selecting the voucher as you start. Then allows option to upgrade.
