First time flying since the pandemic. BA want me to load my vacine certificate prior to check in. I can upload the document however, the submit button is greyed out,so no way of getting it to them. Any suggestions? This is the only document needed, it’s a pdf <10mb and the accept conditions box is ticked. Thanks
I’ve always found their online COVID documentation portal to be flaky at best. Every time I’ve used it it’s not accepted my documentation or I’ve not been able to upload, so I end up just checking in at the airport and getting a paper boarding pass.
