Is this possible? I have the Barclaycard Avios Credit Card and will get the upgrade voucher. Can my wife use this for a flight in her name?
You can’t for the Amex one so unlikely you could on the BC one. Have you tried making a booking online and using her details as passenger?

I wasn’t aware of any restriction of this kind on the Barclays voucher (unlike the Amex one). When I tried to use mine it only allows me to book for me. This could well be an IT misimplementation of the voucher rules, as opposed to the intention.
I’m using one of my OH’s vouchers for a solo CE trip. It needs to be booked from the voucher holder’s account but they don’t have to travel. The person travelling may need to be in the same HHA or F and F list though?

I’m in a HH account.
What happens when you try and fill in the passenger details?

Ah — I’d not clicked the “cardholder not travelling” button. If I do that now have a drop down with the HH members showing; I have an empty FF list.
@mhuk01 the answer seems to be “yes” 😀
