Upgrade Voucher Question

My partner has just booked us LHR-KUL-LHR for the end of the year in economy using his Amex 241 voucher, I have a Barclays upgrade voucher. Can I use it on the return leg as there are still PE seats available and how do I go about booking it? Thanks

The different vouchers can’t be combined in the same booking.

This advice is too late for your current trip, but if you’re spending enough on Barclaycard to earn the voucher, you’d be better replacing the free BA Amex with the fee-based version that gets you a 241 voucher valid for premium cabins.

Thanks, already have the Amex premium but in this case didn’t have enough avios to book PE. So will have to book another flight to use the upgrade voucher! Wish I’d gone for the 7,000 avios now, that would have been more useful!
