Upgrade Vouchers expiring

I have two vouchers expiring this year, are there any options to extend their dates further out or can I switch them back to get 7000 avios points instead..

Unfortunately it’s a no to both questions. The choice between a voucher or 7,000 is a one off election; there’s no going back. There’s also no provision on the Barclays vouchers to ask for an extension (unlike the BA Amex vouchers in certain limited circumstances).
