Use Barclays Voucher to book Club and WT+ together?

Hi All,

A friend of mine needs to head to the States and I thought I’ll use my voucher for her flight as I probably won’t have an opportunity to use mine until then. She doesn’t need club on her return as it will be a daytime flight, would it be possible to upgrade from WT+ to Club in the outbound and “only” from WT to WT+ on the inbound?

I don’t think so, unfortunately one of the limitations of the Barclays voucher is that the return must be in the same cabin as the outbound
