I don’t think they are looking to “fix” anything! It’s still not possible to book from the regions online with the voucher either. I think someone has successfully got BA to do a single booking with 2 vouchers by phone though, it was in one of the longer threads.

@davet what’s your scenario? Looking to upgrade both legs of a return journey for a couple? Confirm you can do this online as long as both vouchers are in the lead traveller’s name, have done this myself a month or more ago.

I think @davet wants to do it as a one booking though, is that what you did?

I’ve used two vouchers in one booking , had to call anyway as it was open jaw but it was very easy .

Hi @Keely, I think it may have been you who posted a bit back. Needs a call but possible.

Yes one booking, all done online, no need to call.

Today my daughter tried to use 2 Barclaycard vouchers for 2 people return in one booking and agent would not/could not do. Had to settle for two seperate bookings. I have done this successfully. So appears hit and miss.

Were both vouchers in your daughter’s name?

I’m looking to book an outward journey for 4 people using two vouchers, last time i tried the online page would come up with the option to select two vouchers but would only allow you to tick one box so you had to call – but it would be so much easier if you could just tick the two boxes

It’s possible to do it by calling – two vouchers for two return passengers, (and starting from regions) – all on one booking by calling.
