Hello.
BA only shows flight 355 days in advance, but there is availability on Iberia 365 days in advance. I want to fly on Iberia from Madrid, using BA companion voucher. Is there an option to use this voucher on Iberia website?
Can I book via Iberia paying avios for 2 and then somehow get half of the avios back from BA?
You can only boook using BA avios / use a 2-4-1 by booking via BA
Ok, but how to bypass the fact that those dates 365 days ahead are still not available on BA website? Can BA call center see those flights as they are Iberia flight therefore available 10 days earlier ….

Yes, if you call BA they should be able to book it for you – I think Iberia releases seats at T-360 (not 365).
Yeah call BA to book T-360 and they’re able to book for you, with no admin fee. I did this in May to book next year’s Iberia flights.
In my own experience I would not get too worried about IB availability. It’s only the BA scheme that is plagued by the 355 day rule that send dozens of people running off at 1am to find scarce availability.
The most difficult route to to EZE but MVD is next door and I have not had any issues getting seats to SCL LIM etc
Call if you must but I would not be anxious
They have great availability to many destinations, but I’m trying to get 2 seats to Tokio and it seams to be much harder to get. Every time return flight date is open for booking – outbound is gone….

You can call BA to book outbound first using companion voucher, then call back when inbound date is available to make adjustment to add the inbound the existing booking. This is exactly what I did, and everything was done smoothly (no issue with the adjusted cash or Avios part).

Hi, may I know which BA call center I should call in order to book Iberia flights 356-360 days in advance? Do I need to say anything specifically for them to do so? I asked BAEC general enquiry and they said that I was only able to book 350 days in advance.
It may be more about which agent you get rather than which call centre you try.

Could you please share more? What no. did you call and what to say to the agent?

You call your Exec card number in the UK and say you want to make a booking and can they see availability for MAD-XXX on DD/MM/YY ?
If you can see availability on the Iberia App then your Exec Club Call centre should be able to make the booking.

Thanks! I talked to an agent after selecting make a new booking, and the lady was able to see the Iberia flight T360. What a relief!
