Using Curve Card via Virgin to pay off another credit card

I am trying to use my Curve card via Virgin to pay off another credit card using the Curve metal fronted option and its not working.

This is about the third one of these and those threads persist.

Please Rob/Rhys, can we not (should we not) delete this sort of thread?
Even if for no other reason than the Caps Lock abuse….
