Hi, could I ask if you can usually view avios points on the BC app on first month spends. I have an error code (AV006), which won’t allow me into the avios, which has been there since opening the acc. I’ve rang BC who say they won’t be available to view until 2nd July, but I was thinking surely you are still able to view but just shown as pending,and transferred to BAEC on 2nd July and not show an error code. Not too convinced she knew what the problem was.
Are the Avios still transferring over to BA?
If so then it’s probably just bad IT.
You can calculate the Avios manually by taking your total spend and either using that or *1.5 for the premium card.
I’d probably try unlinking and re-linking the BAEC account in the Barclays app.
Hi I only the first bill last week so they won’t be transferring over till 2nd July, just thought I’d be able to see pending points to be carried over, but just have the error message. I can’t get into the avios section at all, so unable to see if linked or not. I entered my exec number on application so assuming it was picked up from there.
