Hi,
In January Biltrewards had a huge transfer bonus over to VA. Of course I took advantage of the transfer and used it to book 2 business class flights from JFK to Rome and 2 business class flights from Paris to ORD.
Midway through my trip I notice my return flight is gone and I am unable to sign into my VA account. I called VA customer service and they told me to email the fraud department and received a similar response as another post on here. That I violated their terms and conditions on how I got my points. They won’t tell me what I can do to prove that the points used came from my credit card. Rather they are “awaiting for my legal team”
It’s frustrating that they will just abandon a customer in a different continent with no way home. Please if anyone has any ideas let me know
