Hi
I tried logging in to my account a week ago but password wouldnt work. I changed it 2 or 3 times & still no joy.
I rang VA & asked them to reset password etc.
They said my account has been breached/suspended.
Strange. I have had to email customer for an answer. Also awaiting security to reply to VA. All sounds a bit strange.
I had a dispute with VA over points when taking my cc out. I got a letter a week ago saying they will give me 7500 points as an apology.
Right now I cant even log in.
Anyone else experienced this?

Absolutely not haha. Im thinking security breach.
