I spoke to VA today after 7 attempts

1 Their feedback form (after you have typed out the information and added all your details ) goes into Error and says ‘Whoops – we are aware many people are having Technical issues submitting forms to us – we are trying to fix this”

If you are writing to VA via their Forms – do cut and paste the bulk of the message – otherwise you will lose all of the information

2 The phone 0344 209 2722 for UC and other numbers asks you to enter your Flying Club number then tries to connect you after you enter it then says ‘We are unable to connect you- please try again later’

This started yesterday – and occurs on different PCs,Macs, Phones I and colleagues have tried SO FYI

Of course, it should work – but if you’re in a pickle, customer.care@fly.virgin.com. Drop your PNR in the subject line.

It’s just an appallingly badly managed airline with no real strategy which is why it can’t turn a profit (even the first profit in ten years recently reported isn’t a profit by most people’s definition). It’s very noticeable how much management time is spent on jollies and criticising other airlines, airports, aircraft manufacturers etc. a classic sign of failure. There is no obvious sign it will improve given limited routes, over reliance on one market and no net new aircraft in order.

Yep, I spent half hour typing feedback yesterday only for it to tell you of a KNOWN PROBLEM once you hit submit.

Why not put a pre-warning while they are sorting it out.

Does anyone else keep getting kicked out of the website between pages; taking you back to login and a code being emailed? I’ve had that happen 4 or 5 times for simple browsing.

    They are a shambles.

Surely they are aware? Doesn’t anyone chew their ear at these networking lunches?

Perhaps an opportunity at the HfP Party !!!
