According to their website, Silver has a “Dedicated Flying Club phone line”. Anyone know the actual phone number, as I am unable to find it on their website? I figured it might be quicker than waiting in the general queue!
TIANot sure if this is the silver specific number, but when I status matched to silver the email has 0344 412 3121 on the bottom of it.

The dedicated Flying Club phone line isn’t a Silver perk – read it more that there is a number to call, if you have Flying Club queries. Upon calling it (or any other VS number), you’re asked for your FC number, which then lets them greet you appropriately etc.
You can see on https://flywith.virginatlantic.com/gb/en/flying-club/members/membership-tiers.html that all three tiers have the check next to the relevant row.
There are dedicated numbers for certain fliers (Gold and Wings), but my experience of all of these lines is that Swansea picks up pretty quickly anyway.

It’s reflected in your account, within 24 hours, when you have. There’s a fairly big colour change, so you can’t easily miss it!
