As the title, can someone remind me of the WhatsApp number? Have a new phone and appear to have lost the number and can’t find it on their website.

Just FYI, I was moving some Virgin points to Hilton this week, and they just told me that today is the last day they’ll be offering customer services via Whatsapp (and Apple messages as well).

I can confirm this. I tried sending a WhatsApp message to Virgin, and received an auto response that they have discontinued WhatsApp and SMS customer service. Back into the telephone queue (to use a credit card voucher).

My understanding is that the whattsapp no longer works.
