Hi
I booked 5 UC return LHR>LAX last Sept for flights this July using a mixture of points, vouchers and cash. This included a cash fare with a companion voucher. However I have just realised after an email advising of a schedule change that the cash ticket and the companion ticket are on different return flights. Obviously I should have realised this at the time, but does anyone know if
A) it would cause a problem for the companion taking the flight without the main ticket holder present
B) if flying club would amend the booking without applying the fare difference
Any advice appreciated!
Many thanks
A – I’m confused re who is on which booking so hard to advise but surely the two people on the companion booking (the voucher holder plus the companion) are on the same ticket ergo the same flight?
B – No. As this is now in effect a voluntary change. If you’d spotted it wihin 24 hours of booking last September it would have been different.
