Virgin Gold status benefits on Singapore Airlines?

Hi

Does anyone have recent experience of VS Gold benefits on SG? When I log into manage my booking for an upcoming SG flight, it doesn’t let me enter my virgin number (it is only giving Krisflyer as an option). I’ve definitely done this in the past, albeit, this is a krisflyer reward booking whereas I’ve previously done it on revenue booking. Also called SG and they said they can’t do it over the phone and I’ll have to do it at the airport.

Just want to make sure I definitely have the additional luggage allowance!

They’re listed at https://flywith.virginatlantic.com/il/en/flying-club/airline-partners/flying-club-partner-benefits.html. If you’re a Gold on SG, you get priority check-in, boarding and baggage (all of which are probably of limited to moot value), extra baggage (who knows what!) and lounge access (if you show the ‘Gold’ status in the app, usually).
