Virgin to Hilton Transfer

Hi
Please can someone help me work out how to transfer from Virgin to Hilton each link i click on keeps going round in circles i get the information that is is possible but I can’t find the transfer page.

I haven’t earned any Virgin points in a while could this be the problem. If so will a shops away purchase help?

To transfer to Hilton you need to call 03444 122414 and then it takes around a week for the points to arrive in your Hilton Honors account.
