Voucher + 50k points + 40k Amex points – looking for some inspiration

Hi Everyone, I am looking for some inspiration.

I have a Virgin upgrade voucher expiring in July 2023. I have around 50k Virgin points (and around 40k Amex points I could transfer). What would you do with these?

Edit – more details: I will not earn another voucher before July 2023 and I would like to travel with another person (so one way redemptions for 2 would work).
