Is it only the BAPP voucher that gives access to more reward seats through a different booking class? Or do the Barclays vouchers also do this?

And is there any way of setting up alerts to get notified (eg SeatSpy)?

Only BAPP, and no seatspy option.

If the lowest fare club tickets (I?) are on sale for cash then it’s likely the BAPP extra availability will show up.
