I have a general issue that almost ny search I do involving Asia i get “problem with your request2. I can search Africa or North america fine. i can search for close dates to Asia sometimes, but not 11 months out. I used al l5 family accounts, ipad, mobile (wifi and data) all with same results. my daughter can get on fine form her house. So is this all IP related? Anything can be done as due to book retrun legs tomorrow?
Been told by US agents they arent allowed ot book for UK custoemrs anymore so that is out as an option!!!

I’m having similar issues, I’ve already booked LHR-HKG and wanting to get HKG-LHR but ba site keeps just coming up saying error!! last 3 days it’s been like this was fine before that!! I tried NYC-LHR to see if whole system down but that brought up options but if I Search from SIN or HKG back to LHR keep getting same warning!! Anyone any ideas/info?? TIA!
I feel very fortunate that I managed to book HKG-LHR on Saturday night and was only five minutes late to the party because of these errors.
As above, try the app, try your mobile on data rather than wifi. Incognito mode, clear cookies, different browsers etc.
I eventually found success on Saturday night by searching for T-354 which showed and then clicking above onto T-355 but it is decidedly random.
The experience gets worse once it starts to play up so reset and go again once you are non-stop errors.
Can confirm I’m having the issues described above with East Asia / South East Asia destinations, but no issues with NYC.
