I have LHR-SIN (First)/HND-LHR (Business) tickets booked on an Amex companion voucher for August.
I’m not confident at all the HND-LHR segment will happen. BA is not even selling the route at the moment. What would be my rights if the route doesn’t re-start by then? Can BA just refund me and leave me to fend for myself or do I have the right to be rebooked on JAL?
Many thanks,
Martin
Same rights as under any other cancellation – please see any of the EU261 / cancellation threads to avoid repeating the same information.
BA has a JV with JAL so you’ll get rebooked across to them no argument
