WhatsApp contact for BA

Hi all, I might be dreaming but I am struggling to get BA to add the extra tier points due from holidays back in Feb and April. Do I remember correctly they have a WhatsApp that works well? If so does anyone know it?

Not as far as I know and don’t think they ever did. There is a chat option on ba.com. Maybe you’re confusing it with Virgin’s WhatsApp, but I believe that is gone too.

This is correct.
VAA’s WhatsApp service has disappeared.

Virgin WhatsApp was a remarkably helpful service and I don’t know why they removed it, especially in this day and age where nobody wants to pick up calls or talk to customers anymore.

Found the Virgin online chat OK, BA’s is hopeless.
