Hi all, I might be dreaming but I am struggling to get BA to add the extra tier points due from holidays back in Feb and April. Do I remember correctly they have a WhatsApp that works well? If so does anyone know it?
Not as far as I know and don’t think they ever did. There is a chat option on ba.com. Maybe you’re confusing it with Virgin’s WhatsApp, but I believe that is gone too.

This is correct.
VAA’s WhatsApp service has disappeared.Virgin WhatsApp was a remarkably helpful service and I don’t know why they removed it, especially in this day and age where nobody wants to pick up calls or talk to customers anymore.
