Where do i see my companion voucher?

Dumb question of the day, apologies in advance. (I did try hunting the forum and some posts on the website i swear).

I have just qualified for the companion voucher via the BA Amex PP, where do I view it, is it on a statement or in my BAEC app somewhere?

Yes – you can’t see it in the app. Go to “Manage my account” then “my evouchers”. Might take a few days to show up.

Any advice on how to trace my wife’s 2-4-1 that was converted to a FTV in Oct 2020 but is not appearing in her account ?

It won’t appear in her account unless she’s had the email from BA saying it’s being refunded. If this doesn’t happen she’ll have to call BA and give the original ticket details to redeem the FTV – this would have been confirmed by email when you originally applied for it.

I also can’t see it in my vouchers. Guess I will need to face the long call to BA to sort it out
