Which Amex card to keep?

I’m about to cancel my BAPP and platinum card.

I want to keep a free Amex card so as to pay for my companion vouchers booking in the next few months.

I want to pick one that will not affect my welcome bonus 24 months later, when I apply for platinum and BAPP again.

Which one of those are not in the same “queue” as BAPP and platinum? So that I’ll be able to enjoy the welcome bonus again 24 months later?
