I have been monitoring the Faro (FAO) to London availability for 6th September for two weeks now. SeatSpy keeps displaying the same economy and club seats but nothing is available to actually book with avios on BA. Am I doing something wrong?
I am getting a full month of club availability LHR-AGP on seat spy yet nothing available on BA
Same for me with Cairo (way, way out) and Marrakech and a couple of others I’ve forgotten. Won’t be renewing unless this gets better. Don’t care which way the fault lies, it is driving me mental.
I will also cancel my subscription. I am paying for accurate information and seat spy are simply unable to provide what they promise.

Did you raise a support ticket with them? They can’t fix the data feed if they don’t know.
I did. Twice. They just said it’s a BA issue.
Yes, I have also spoken to someone today and they insist it is a BA issue. I pay for bookable availability and they are unable to show that so I have cancelled my next payment. Reward Flight Finder is correct on that route.

I’m loathe to pay for both but they both seem to have problems. They must be using some pretty dodgy sources for this to be so flakey.
A recent poll her wasn’t overly helpful in comparisons. I guess it’s a tribal thing.
Return from Malta to uk is very wrong too
Its a waste of time for me, not really bothered about the monthly sub, as I use the new (not new) 241 voucher pretty much all of the time.
To be honest, the worst thing of SeatSpy is when you switch to AirFrance or KLM and see the availability on any route is just brilliant (flights to Tokyo in economy/business, anytime any day).
Meanwhile we are stuck with getting flights to San Sebastián on Thursdays and Sundays only.

Neither of which is Seatspys fault.
AF/KLM use dynamic pricing and BA are only doing San Sebastian Thurs and Sunday

Some EAS on October Saturdays. You can flex the cards at some excellent restaurants, what’s not to like?
It may well not be their fault but they are the ones charging for the information.
There are issues with the API data that BA is generating which is why the information is ‘DUFF’ – this also has knocked out the rather useful https://speedbird.online/fares.php
Agree that SeatSpy should be looking at their current charging given the data inconsistancies

… and paying for it too I would imagine. I hope they are using their relationship with BA to get the data feed quality improved. But everyone faced with a BA IT problem seems to just shrug their shoulders and go “hey! BAT IT, eh?” and immediately give up without escalation.🙄
