World of Hyatt: £250 spend £100 back

Just popped up in my offers. I’ve read T&Cs but not clear if this would work if I spend over £250 in a Hyatt restaurant. Anyone know and any advice on Hyatt restaurants in London? Thanks.

I know the restaurant at the Hyatt centric doesn’t as it’s a separate business, so you have to charge to your room of staying, so won’t work if not staying.
