Get a free Pret coffee, free wi-fi and more via the new myGatwick website

Gatwick Airport has replaced the old Gatwick Voucher Passport coupon scheme with a new website – myGatwick.

The new site is tailored to your travel plans, allowing you to input details of your forthcoming flights from Gatwick and receive details nearer the time of special deals.

If you have a Gatwick flight in the pipeline, there is a bribe for signing up.  One of the offers you will be shown after registering is for a free hot drink at any Pret A Manger in the airport – no purchase required.

Gatwick

The other offers I saw were less enticing but do represent savings if you were spending the money anyway:

10% off the Bloc hotel

£5 off £75 at World of Whiskies

£5 off £75 at World Duty Free

10% off Official Gatwick Parking

10% off National Express trips to and from Gatwick

…. and some restaurant promotions.

The email I received also mentioned 90 minutes of free wi-fi in the airport for myGatwick members although I could not find details of this online.

You can sign up for myGatwick at their website here.

Bits: Accor 3-4-2 sale returns, Qatar offers from Manchester, good Aer Lingus availability, 15% off HotelTonight

I’ve been avoiding Pret due to their past associations with McDonalds, but it turns out that that deal is no longer in place. Maybe it is worth another look.

  2. Only downside: it seems the voucher has to be printed. Shame you can’t simply redeem it from your smart phone screen.

  3. I’ve found it impossible to actually get this coffee voucher on screen so given up!
