    I have booked (direct with Marriott) a number of UK stays throughout this year mainly using the “stay longer on us” rate at various hotels. These were all cancelable up until the day before check in.

    I have just noticed on the app most of my bookings have now changed to non cancelable. Has anybody else experienced this? I still have the original booking emails that state I can cancel up until day before check in.

    I am worried that if I do need to cancel a booking via the app, it’ll now charge me.

    As long as you have the email it will be fine, even if they do charge you you have the original terms.

    I’ve heard of this happening before and seems to be a known glitch.
