A hotel loyalty scheme I won’t be joining ….

Back in May, we did an ‘out of season’ holiday at Sandy Lane in Barbados. I wrote a review of it here.

Now, Sandy Lane is not cheap, even out of season. But at Christmas and New Year, it is extortionate!

The Sandy Lane email newsletter just popped into my inbox. The good news is that they have launched a loyalty scheme of sorts, although the benefits were not listed. They call it ‘Platinum Pink’.

Here are the criteria for membership:

To qualify for inclusion on this prestigious list, a minimum of stay 6 stays or more since 2001 and minimum spend of US$250,000 are required

I won’t be joining this scheme, then ….
