Win a pair of Taste of London tickets for Thursday evening!

I have got hold of a pair of tickets for the British Airways-sponsored ‘Taste of London’ food festival in Regents Park, which I am giving away in a Head for Points competition!  These would cost you £48 if you bought them on the gate.

These tickets are for Thursday evening, from 5.30pm to 9.30pm.

I wrote a slightly scathing review of Taste here.  However, if you have a pair of free tickets, then you can’t go wrong.  This is especially true if you are a British Airways Silver or Gold card holder, as you can then enjoy free champagne and free food all evening in the British Airways Executive Club tent!

Taste 2It is easy to enter.  Simply leave a comment, any comment, under this post, before midnight tonight (Monday) London time.  I will use a random number generator to pick a winner.

The rules are:

Strictly one entry per person and per IP address (ie the unique code attached to your internet connection, which I see when you post).  I will check the winning entry for any duplicate IP address before announcing it!  If your partner wants to enter as well, (s)he will have to use a different internet connection.

You need to have access to a printer, as I will be emailing you a link which you need to use to print your tickets at home – the organisers do NOT allow you to download the entry barcode to a mobile device.

The tickets are not transferable to another date, so please don’t bother entering if you can’t make it to Regents Park on Thursday evening.  Make sure you use a valid email address in your comment.

Good luck!

    Hey Raffles

I do hear you right in the fact that its expensive but hey don’t forget in order to get all those stalls under one roof needs a lot of organising…after all who’s going to pay for it! I must admit that I do agree in the fact that is they want to entice us in buying their products they should really be all free!! However, thinking about – I think it would be disastrous as every Tom, Dick or Harry will go and it will end up in chaos. There is always some people out there who will ruin everyone’s fun!! When I went last time I was definitely merry after trying out all the alcohol tasters!!! This year I do agree with you on the weather as its just typical that the sun will go in during this event and the rain will come out (especially this time round) I did feel angry with the ticket price on the door so I was laughing my head off when I purchased them via Groupon I think – I was so happy as it was such a good bargain – ok, I can’t remember how much it was! I do remember that the last offer I saw was via Wowcher £13.50 for two tickets! As my friends couldn’t decide whether to go I never bought them – yes I am kicking myself as its £24 on the door – erm no way! As for the BA tent tickets or VIP well there is no way I would even think about paying for those tickets – are they actually worth the money – who knows – maybe if I was a millionaire!!! Anyway I do agree that it’s expensive but the way to get pass this is to look out for those cheap deals! I knew I should have got them! At least we both seem to have been there and had the privilege of saying we went to Taste of London!
