Win two Qantas premium economy flights to Dubai

Links on Head for Points may support the site by paying a commission.  See here for all partner links.

I don’t feature that many external competitions on Head for Points.  I do have a soft spot for the Business Traveller ones, however, because the prizes are usually very generous and your chances of winning are not bad.

This month, Qantas is giving away two Premium Economy tickets to Dubai.

The flight times are not ideal (the outbound flight from London is overnight) but if I wasn’t paying for it I wouldn’t be complaining!

The link to enter is here and it should only take a few seconds.

Note that you must be UK resident (excluding Northern Ireland) to enter.  The closing date is April 1st.  There are some black-out dates for travel over Easter and in December but apart from that Qantas seems flexible.

The answer is a few paragraphs up on the competition page anyway..

I must be stupid, but where do I fill in the answer?

Login or register, then the box is at the bottom of the page.

Why is northern ireland excluded. What difference does it make to them which part of the united kingdom you live in.

  • jeff says:

but excludes us from Northern Ireland…..why?

This came up yesterday. Apparently NI gambling legislation seems to (accidentally or not) make most competitions illegal as well.

      • Frenske says:

As far I understand in Northern Ireland, price competitions require a show of skills otherwise the competition would be simply a lottery and different rules will apply. In this case the skill is guessing the right answer. Even though the question is extremely easy, it requires a skill. I guess the NI legislation is so complex that businesses rather just exclude it from the competition.

Thanks, I am running an extra post on this later!

But is the answer ‘2’ or ’35’ – or both?

  • Oly says:

    thanks

Pretty poor prize considering you have to pay for your own accommodation!

And clause 14 really makes me encouraged to go to Dubai. Not!
