Ever heard of Jin Jiang J-Club? They are a new Avios partner

I have been travelling for 25 years.  I have been seriously interested in the world of miles and points for at least 15.  And yet, somehow, I have never come across Jin Jiang J-Club before.

All that is about to change, because British Airways Executive Club has added them as a hotel partner.

Should any of you have any J-Club points (and, to be honest, of the thousands of you who will read this I am willing to bet that we are talking double figures max) you can now convert them at the ratio of 6,000 J-Club points to 600 Avios.

If you are travelling to China, you will have come across Jin Jiang.  It is a big company operating under the Jin Jiang Hotels, Jin Jiang Inn, Bestay Hotel Express and Goldmet Inn brands.

I am quietly impressed with British Airways for seeking out niche partners such as this as they push forward with making Avios a global loyalty brand.

How to earn Avios from UK credit cards (April 2025)
