Britannia Hotels wins the Which? ‘dirtiest hotel chain in Britain’ award

Which? magazine has run a reader survey on the cleanest hotels in Britain.
Hilton Garden Inn was the winner, followed by Marriott’s Renaissance chain. Britannia Hotels, not surprisingly, came at the bottom.
Which? sent a reporter to Brighton to spend a night in the Britannia hotel there.
She made a 5-minute video (link removed as now deleted). It is quite eye-opening, especially as the room was not cheap.
