FlyBosnia has started to take bookings for its new London Luton to Sarajevo service, which launches on 24th September.
This will be the only direct service from the UK to Bosnia and Herzegovina and may offer an interesting new extended weekend break option for anyone looking to try something different.
It will operate three times per week:
Luton 09.45 – Sarajevo 13.15 on Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Sarajevo 07.15 – 08.45 Luton on Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
…. although there are plans to increase it to daily within the next year.
The airline is not in any alliance so there is no opportunity to redeem miles for tickets.
Your best option to maximise your miles when paying is American Express Preferred Rewards Gold. This offers double points – 2 per £1 – when you when you book flight tickets directly with an airline. Our review of Amex Gold is here.
