I did a five minute segment on Radio 4’s consumer programme ‘You and Yours’ yesterday, discussing the issues that British Airways and other airlines are having with their Airbus A320neo planes, and why BA is currently not allowed to sell the last couple of rows.

The interview was pre-recorded because I was due to be in a meeting in Doha whilst it was going out. This allowed Radio 4 to splice together different lines from different questions, which is why the pauses between my sentences often seem very short.
