Try London’s first dedicated coronavirus black cab service, with Noir Taxi

Noir Taxi, one of the smaller black cab apps in London, has launched its specialist Covid-19 service. Whether this is a smart way of generating business or a bit OTT remains to be seen.
This is how it works. You need to pre-book your ride via the Noir Taxi app, website or by phone. The driver will then arrive 10 minutes early and carry out the following procedures:
- Open both rear doors to fill the cab with fresh air
- Anti-bacterially clean all door and grab handles
- Anti-bacterially clean the payment tray, credit card machine and all other internal surfaces which may be touched
- Driver anti-bacterially cleans hands and closes taxi doors
- Driver will wear gloves if you need help carrying bags
