It seems likely that Portugal will be one of the first countries to agree an ‘air bridge’ deal with the UK Government to allow you to holiday this Summer.

There are no quarantine rules in Portugal, which has been very lightly hit by coronavirus, and it is keen to see you.

TAP flies from London Heathrow, London Gatwick and Manchester to Lisbon, and from Heathrow and Gatwick to Porto, with connections to the rest of the country.

Until tomorrow (Sunday), you can save 20% on any TAP Portugal flight to Portugal using the code READY20.  The discount only applies to the base fare, not airport or Government-imposed taxes, so in reality will be lower than 20%.  ‘Discount’ and ‘Top Exec’ tickets are excluded.

You can travel at any point until 15th December.  TAP is part of Star Alliance so you can credit the miles to Lufthansa Miles & More or any other Star Alliance frequent flyer programme, assuming you are not a member of TAP’s own scheme.

Full details are on the TAP website here.

PS.  Here is my recent review of InterContinental Porto if you are looking for somewhere to stay.
