There is nothing like simplicity when designing a loyalty scheme, and the free breakfast benefit for Titanium Elite or Platnium Elite members of Marriott Bonvoy is nothing like simple.

I put together a guide to what breakfast benefits you will get at each of the Marriott Bonvoy brands if you have Platinum or Titanium status. This update includes City Express and Four Points Flex for the first time.

The information for the table below is taken from the scheme Terms & Conditions which can be found here

St Regis Mardavall breakfast buffet meats

Even if you don’t have Platinum status or higher in Marriott Bonvoy, it is worth looking at the table below to marvel at the complexity of what Marriott has created.

Above is a picture of the breakfast buffet from Rhys’s review of The St Regis Mardavall in Mallorca, which would be free to Platinum Elite members and above.

Breakfast benefit for Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite (and higher) members

Autograph depends whether it’s a resort or not

  • HughM says:

Had free coffee from an AC on early check-out; more an Italian courtesy than corporate largesse.
Courtyard ran a free breakfast deal on Visa payments for rooms, a while ago. It never came back but, amid such a rag bag of options, you never know.

  • Jared says:

If as a platinum member I book two rooms(2 people per room), would the second room guests also get to enjoy my platinum benefits(mostly looking at breakfast)?

    • Rob says:

No, according to the rules, but the hotel will often allow it as a goodwill gesture.

  • Gab says:

Not completely true for Design Hotels. The Mira in Hong Kong now provides breakfast for platinum and above guests.

  • W Ho says:

Funny you should mention this but I am at the Four Points SFO Airport & the restaurant is closed “temporarily” for a few months already.

  • RBD says:

Fairfields don’t offer breakfast in some geographies like Asia. Yes it’s ridiculous and far too convoluted.
